Summary: reside in any place he may think fit under the Peishwa's Government, taking his family with him and such part of his property as he may consider convenient, he and his property being under the guarantee of the British Government. Article 3d.—The Killedar agrees to receive pay for his own subsistence and that of his family and retainers out of the money which the English Government agrees to allot to his wife, Wye, annually.
