Summary: hard to believe that "Urvasie" stood as the first blank verse poem of his since the narrative poem was then privately published in the initial years of his stay in Baroda. Despite this, there was a detachment as he got disappointed with the poem and disregarded it. Furthermore, he created some verses translated from Sanskrit while in blank verse and heroic verse form, without a clear recollection of any translation from Kalidasa. This poetic journey reflects a deep-rooted inclination towards letting the creative flow guide his pen, remaining untouched by any set rules or methodologies.
