Summary: it discovers its true Self as the immutable, eternal, unchanging Purusha, the witness to all the movements of Nature. And finally, upon realizing its divine essence, it rises above the duality of Prakriti and Purusha into the supreme oneness with the eternal Spirit of existence. The essence of the Gita lies in guiding the soul to throw off its ignorance, use self-knowledge as a tool for divine action, and ascend into unity with the eternal Spirit. By offering all actions as a sacrifice with devotion to the Highest, one can transcend mortal limitations and attain immortal being, acting in perfect harmony with the divine Will in the cosmos. This integrated approach, drawing from Vedantic, Sankhya, and Yogic philosophies, elucidates the path for the soul to evolve from lower to higher nature, moving from external motives to the deepest motive-force of the Spirit in all actions in the universe.
