Upon arrival, three pilgrims went back for provisions while Fah Hian and others, thanks to a pass, received assistance from Kung Sun. They embarked on a challenging journey in a southwesterly direction, encountering hardships crossing rivers and facing natural obstacles. After enduring a month and five days on the road, they finally reached the kingdom of Shen-Shen, where they faced immense challenges during their travels.
